Paul Vincent
General Manager – Hydrogen for Mobility (H2fM)
Paul Vincent is currently the General Manager-H2fM of Air Products Qudra (APQ) – a Joint Venture between Air Products and Vision Invest. In his current role, Paul plays a pivotal role by overseeing the hydrogen refueling infrastructure development, fueling station deployment and partnership with key stakeholders.
Paul brings nearly 20 years of experience in the industrial gas business in Operations, Cryogenic Maintenance, Logistics and Project Management. Before joining Air Products, Paul worked as Industrial Director at Air Liquide Group and was responsible for their industrial operations in U.A.E. In that role, he was also the Project Lead for the execution of the first hydrogen refueling station in the Middle East back in 2017. Paul started his industrial gas career with a management role with Linde Group for their Helium Operations based in Dubai, UAE and was responsible for setting up the facility for a Helium trans fill and a specialized center for cryogenic helium container logistics and maintenance.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree and MBA from Swiss Business School, Switzerland. Paul is also an active member of the Institute of Engineers (India) with a Chartered Engineer Certification.
